SAFARI DETAILS
DAY 1 – 3 Camping in Moremi
After your arrival at Maun International Airport, you will be charted to Xakanaxa (Moremi) or Khwai air strip and that is where you meet your guide. You will be taken to the camp site.
DAY 4
On this day, you will travel to Mababe. On the way, you will do mokoro excursion in Mbudi channels at Khwai. We will later camp in Mababe Private Reserve.
DAY – 6 Mababe
Here you stand a chance to do a night drive because it is a private concession. We will be exploring at night with spotlights. This offers you the opportunity to experience some of the nocturnal animals that are rarely encountered during the day..
We will also have the opportunity to explore on foot ( please note that this activity is seasonal based on the rains and grass height, your guide will determine your safety when walking in Mababe)
DAY 7 Mababe – Maun
After breakfast we take a game drive to Khwai Airstrip where you will be met by your charter flight back to Maun
